1Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to mae44. This Terms and Conditions document ("Terms") constitutes a valid and binding agreement between you ("User" or "Member") and mae44 ("Platform", "We"). These Terms govern your use of all services, games, features, and content available on the mae44 platform, whether accessed via the website, mobile app, or any other digital medium provided by mae44.

2Account Eligibility

Mae44 reserves the right to conduct eligibility checks at any time and terminate the account of any user found not to meet the above requirements. Users who provide false information regarding eligibility may be subject to appropriate legal action.

3Registration & Account Security

Each user is only permitted to hold one (1) account only on the mae44 platform. Owning more than one account by the same individual is a violation of our terms, and all associated accounts may be terminated. mae44 employs a Know Your Customer (KYC) identity verification system to verify each user's identity and ensure platform security.

During the registration process, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information including your full name, date of birth, phone number, and email address. You are solely responsible for ensuring your account information remains current.

• You are responsible for keeping your account password confidential and must not share your login details with anyone.
• Mae44 recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) for added account security.
• Any activity that occurs under your account is entirely your responsibility.
• Report immediately to the mae44 support team if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
• Mae44 will never request your password via email, SMS, or any other medium.

4Deposits & Fund Withdrawals

Mae44 supports a variety of Malaysian local payment methods including FPX, DuitNow, Touch 'n Go eWallet, and GrabPay. All financial transactions are processed through systems protected by 256-bit SSL encryption to ensure the security of your financial data.

Deposit: The minimum deposit is RM10 per transaction. Deposits are typically credited to your mae44 account within minutes after the transaction is confirmed by the payment provider. mae44 does not charge any fees for deposits.

Withdrawal: Withdrawal requests are processed within 5 to 15 minutes after approval by mae44. The minimum withdrawal amount is RM30 per transaction. Withdrawals may only be made to a bank account or e-wallet registered under the same name as your mae44 account.

• Your first withdrawal may require additional identity verification (KYC) before it is processed.
• Mae44 reserves the right to hold withdrawals for security review and fraud prevention purposes.
• Funds obtained through fraudulent activity, money laundering, or breach of terms are not eligible for withdrawal.
• Any taxes or duties imposed by authorities are entirely the user's responsibility.

5Bonuses & Promotions

Mae44 offers a variety of bonuses and promotions from time to time for new and existing members. Each bonus and promotion is subject to specific conditions stated in the respective promotion terms, and those conditions form part of these general Terms and Conditions.

• The welcome bonus may only be claimed once per new user who has completed the account verification process.
• All bonuses are subject to the wagering requirements specified in their respective promotional terms before a withdrawal is permitted.
• Mae44 reserves the right to cancel any bonus obtained through means deemed to be promotional abuse or fraud.
• Bonuses may not be transferred, sold, or exchanged directly for cash without meeting the wagering requirements.
• Mae44 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion without prior notice.
• In the event of a dispute regarding bonuses, mae44's decision is final.

6Game Rules

All games available on the mae44 platform — including slot games, bingo, sports betting, and other games — have specific rules that must be followed. Users are responsible for understanding the rules of each game before playing.

• All games use an independently audited Random Number Generator (RNG) to ensure fairness and randomness of game outcomes.
• Any technical malfunction or connection disruption during gameplay caused by the user does not qualify for a refund.
• Game results recorded by the mae44 server are final and override any display on the user's device in the event of a discrepancy.
• Minimum and maximum betting limits for each game are as displayed in the respective game interface.

7User Conduct

• Engaging in any form of fraud, collusion, money laundering, or other illegal activity.

• Spreading false or misleading information about mae44 to other users.
• Attempting to access systems, databases, or other users' accounts without authorisation.
• Using the mae44 platform for purposes other than personal entertainment.

Violating any of the above prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension or termination, forfeiture of funds in the account, and legal action where necessary.

8Privacy & Data Protection

9Limitation of Liability

Mae44 is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss or damage arising from the use of or inability to use the platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or business interruption.

• Mae44 does not guarantee that the platform will operate without interruption, errors, or be free from viruses or other harmful components.
• Mae44 is not liable for any losses caused by user device malfunctions, internet connection disruptions, or third-party failures.
• In all circumstances, mae44's maximum liability to any user is limited to the total amount deposited by that user in the 30 days preceding the claim.

10Account Termination

Mae44 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any user's account at any time for the following reasons:

• Violation of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Suspicion or confirmation of fraud, money laundering, or illegal activity.
• Failure to complete the identity verification (KYC) process within the stipulated timeframe.
• Account termination request by a competent authority.
• Accounts that have been inactive for more than 12 consecutive months.

Users may also request voluntary account closure by contacting the mae44 support team. Any legitimate account balance will be returned to the user upon completion of the verification process, subject to the relevant terms.

11Responsible Gaming
